Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy can be helpful in the process of healing, changing, and growing throughout your life. Working with a Therapist can help you when you are faced with various issues or concerns. Feeling “stuck” or thinking about the same issue over and over again can be brought to therapy and worked with in a new way. Our Therapists’ provide a safe environment that is free from judgement, which allows you to be open and honest about the concerns which brought you into therapy.

There are many ways “to do” Individual Therapy.  Each Therapist has their own style of therapy with the client. There are many theories and techniques; a few that may be used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. It is the partnership between the client and Therapist to come up with a plan that best suits the situation.
